WHO IS KOVERS CLUB?
Kovers Club was founded by sisters Kelsie Tippetts & Kymber Rifleman! We are currently located in Utah!
HOW DO I FIND MY KINDLE SIZE?
Your kindle size is found in the settings on your device (Settings > Device Options > Device Info). You can check our 'What Is My Kindle Size' page for more in depth help on finding your size and what to purchase!
DO YOUR CASES HAVE AUTO WAKE/SLEEP?
Yes! All Kovers Club cases have the auto wake/sleep feature!
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND/RETURN POLICY?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds at this time. We do offer returns if you accidentally ordered the wrong size case. If you order the wrong size case you are responsible for shipping it back to us. Returns must be sent within 14 business days of receiving. Returns are eligible for shop credit only.
CAN I CANCEL/CHANGE MY ORDER?
We are unable to cancel, modify, or make changes to orders once they have been placed. Please double check your items, sizes, and shipping information before checking out.
WHAT IF I HAVE SHIPPING OR DELIVERY ISSUES?
Once your order has been shipped, Kovers Club is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your package is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or has been marked as delivered but cannot be located we recommend:
- Checking with neighbors/household members or the front desk of apartment buildings
- Contacting your local delivery service
- Filing a claim directly with the carrier
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
We aim to ship orders within 2-3 business days! Standard free US shipping normally takes 4-7 business days! Please note - selecting a faster shipping option does not change the processing time.
DO YOUR CASES HAVE A BUILT IN STRAP AND MAGNETIC BACK?
All Kovers Club cases have a built in strap for easy holding! Almost all of our cases also feature a magnetic back - please refer to the item description to double check.
WILL YOU GET MORE SIZE OPTIONS?
Yes, we are planning to have more size availability as we learn what cases are wanted! Please email or message us on social media what size you are looking for so we can try to order in the future!
